- Ok, I have an A3000/030/25MHz with an IV-24, and I am working on various
- ANIMs in DPaint IV. The ANIMs of course are in ANIM-5 format, and I'd
- like to know how I might speed up playback (without making it jumpy). In
- one particular ANIM I have a title scrolling from the top to bottom.
- Starting out, the title scrolls fine, but as more of it appears on the
- screen, it slows down. Now, this ANIM is also 640x400, and has a
- palette of 16 colours. I understand that this also will slow down
- playback, and that converting it to another format (7 or 8...I forget)
- will also make it faster. But I'm also using AmigaVision v1.7, which only
- supports ANIM-5. So is there a way to speed it up? I suppose only a
- graphics card would do the trick...
-
- Please e-mail me with any help.
-
- Thanks.
